Buttonwood Cay at the mouth of the South Bight is for sale!

Buttonwood Cay sits at the mouth of the South Bight on the east coast of Andros Island. The fishing around its shores is prolific. During my ten years of guiding I have witnessed some of the largest bones around Andros feeding on the flats of this little 12.4 acre island. It makes sense because the Tongue of The Ocean is less than a few thousand feet away. These fish are ocean bones. I have also guided numerous anglers who had opportunities casting at double digit mutton snappers feeding on the shores of Buttonwood Cay. The surrounding beaches are best at high tide and they are truly spectacular for relaxing and swimming. Asking price $12.5 Million
